Contributed to the development and maintenance of a web-based Content Management System (CMS) for Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen as part of an internship at PT Inagata Technosmith. Implemented backend improvements, fixed production issues, enhanced responsive user interfaces, and optimized content publishing functionality. Collaborated closely with QA engineers through ClickUp, validated implementations using manual testing, and participated in code review workflows before deployment.
Overview
Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen required improvements to its Content Management System (CMS) to enhance content management, website responsiveness, and overall user experience. During my internship at PT Inagata Technosmith, I contributed as a Backend Developer, focusing on bug fixing, backend maintenance, and UI refinements while collaborating with designers, frontend developers, and QA engineers.
The Challenge
Several issues were identified during the development phase, affecting both administrators and website visitors.
Some of the key challenges included:
1. Published content from the admin panel was not appearing on the landing page due to inconsistencies in the request flow.
2. Mobile responsiveness was not fully optimized, causing layout issues on smaller screens.
3. UI components such as the Bootstrap Carousel and marquee animation required refinement for better stability and presentation.
4. Various production bugs reported by the QA team needed to be resolved without affecting existing functionality.
